Health & Care

  • Basics
    • To guarantee a safe stay, the “2G-Plus-regulation” will apply, i.e. only vaccinated persons with proof of vaccination and recovered persons with proof are allowed to stay in the hotel. Moreover, vaccinated and recovered people need to have a negative test (antigen test shouldn't be older than 24 hours; PCR test shouldn't be older than 48 hours). If necessary, an antigen-test can be realized until 6pm in the hotel. In the hotel, the test costs 15€ per person. In order to prevent long waiting times during check-in, we recommend doing the test in one of the nearby test-centres. After 3 days, our guests have to realize another Covid-test which can be either a PCR or an antigen test.
    • In addition, one must prove that at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of a two-shot vaccine has been administered. As for the recovered persons, they are obliged to prove (positive PCR test 28 days to 6 months old).
    • Children between 7 to 12 years, pregnant women with a mother’s pass and people who cannot be vaccinated due to health issues (certificate is obligatory) must have a negative PCR results which is not older than 24 hours. The only exception of all these regulations are kids until the age of 6 years.
    • All guests need to wear a nose-and-mouth protection in public areas. In case you need one, you can get a nose-and-mouth protection and disposable gloves at the reception.
    • In case you don’t feel good, please show solidarity and contact the reception.
  • Prior to arrival & Check In

    Three days prior to arrival, you ‘ll receive a mail with information to the digital, contactless check-in. You have 3 options to get the guest room card:

    1. Fill in your web-based registration card and get your room card at the self-check-in terminal or at the reception.
    2. Download the app “Hotelbird”, fill in the registration card and get your digital key directly on your smartphone. You don’t have to go to the reception.

    3. Go to the terminal, fill-in the digital registration card and receive your manual room card at the terminal.


    • Instead of printed newspaper, you can use our online-kiosk with more than 1.500 national and international newspaper and magazines.
    • All hotel information and a travel guide are available on TV and smartphone when registering for the internet. You can also scan the QR-Code on your check-in card to get access.
    • Reservations for the restaurant, spa or sport courses can be realized online.

  • Living
    • You need a pen, paper or information material about the region? You can get everything at the reception.
    • Critical touchpoints are disinfected regularly, such as door handles, switches or remote control.
    • The housekeeping team will air the hotel rooms as often as possible. We advise you to do the same. Fresh air will refresh your mind!
  • Taste
    • Please wait at the entrance of the restaurant. We’ll place you.
    • Breakfast buffet is allowed. Please wear a nose-and-mouth-protection when moving in the restaurant, disinfect your hands and keep to the running routes.
    • More distance means more safety. As our team has to manage longer distances, you might have to wait a few minutes longer. But don’t worry – everyone will be served!
    • Breakfast buffet is allowed. We take care that spoons and forks are replaced every few minutes and that not too many guests are at the buffet station at the same time. Please wear your mouth-and-nose protection when you come to the buffet.
    • In order to track the contacts, please register at the Luca App before entering the restaurant or bar.
  • Spa & Active
    • Currently, the nose-and-mouth protection are obliged during each wellness treatment.
    • Please pay attention to the highlighted number of guests allowed in the sauna, rest rooms and gym (Finnish sauna – 7 persons, herbal sauna – 5 persons).
    • When using the gym, please fill in the contact form.
    • The number of loungers, daybeds and chairs are reduced to ensure the distance of 1.5 metres.
    • Fruit baskets, water cooler and samovars can’t be used at the moment.
    • In case of good weather, all active programs take place outdoor. If it’s not possible, the number of participants is restricted to 6 persons.
  • Work & Events
    • One person per 4 m²
    • If desired, you can get a safety-first-package with mouth-and-nose protection, disinfection gel and a leaflet with measures and restrictions in the hotel.
    • Group work can only take place around desks, so that the minimum distance can be provided.
    • Each participant has a glass and cup on their desk. In every break, our service team will replace them.
    • There’s no moderator’s case in the meeting room. Please inform us prior to the meeting whether you need it.
    • (Digital) flipchart and marker pens are disinfected regularly.
    • After each meeting and in each break, we disinfect every desk.
    • We take care of daily disinfection of chairs, switches, remote controls, window and door handles. The emptying of bins take place in every break.
    • Plug-and-play feature with „Click Share” in order to provide a wireless presentation.
    • With the WeFrame Sessionboard, a digital tool which combines all conference techniques in one device, you can realize co-creative, hybrid meetings.
  • Check Out
    • We would like to avoid queues at the check-out day. Please pay at the day before departure or realize a digital check-out at the day of departure. You have 3 options to realize a digital check-out:
      1. Via the app “Hotelbird”

      2. At the self-service terminal in the lobby
      3. Web-based via your smartphone, laptop etc. Accordingly, you’ll receive a mail at the departure day.
    • To avoid queues, please pay your bill one day in advance.
