Every dish is a highlight for your taste buds: Our inspiring restaurant Räthro with indoor and outdoor seating options orientates at the concept “back to the origin”. We make a new interpretation of classical recipes with regional, seasonal and organic products. In a stylish atmosphere with noble furnishing, clever lightings and a fantastic view at the lake, the restaurants is opened four evenings per week and delights you with creative menus and corresponding wines. By the way: the term “Räthro” is derived from the name of our executive chef Torsten Räth, who works at Bornmuehle since 1992 – and who has belonged to the best chefs in this state throughout the entire time.
The cooks of the Born.Crew put their focus on a long-established but fine country kitchen by using local and organic ingredients. Our credo is: Only the best from the best – whereas a simple product can represent the star at the plate because it’s simply good. For us, regionality means trump. However, according to the season we also serve delicacies from all over the world.
