When starting my apprenticeship with an age of 17 years, I immediately started to develop a passion for spirits and creative cocktails. A few years ago, I moved from my home in Hammamet (Tunisia) to Mecklenburg West-Pomerania, where I could expand my knowledge by trying new cocktails and using fresh, high-quality ingredients while taking into account current beverage trends. We – the entire service team – simply love what we do! It’s a matter of fact that you don’t have to at home to feel at home. Cheers, guys!
